Blood n Fire also partners with 6 other agencies to provide homeless prevention. This program offers for qualifying applicants to get assistance with utility shut-off notices, heating fuel, eviction notices and help with a portion of first months rent for those that find themselves in that need. Partner agencies that we share resources with are Valley Charities, Family Promise, My House, Salvation Army, Day Break and Alaska Family Services.
Also when resources are available we help with heating fuel, wood heat and gas cards.
